How much is delivery?
Delivery charges depend upon the value of the order and/or the size and weight of the shipment. All orders over £100 (before VAT) made within the UK are eligible for free next day delivery.
Dropship orders and orders less than £100 are subject to the following charges:
· £4.95 Standard UK Delivery – Sent via Royal Mail, 48 hours tracked delivery within 5 working days of us receiving order.
· £7.90 Next Day UK Delivery – Sent via TNT, next day on orders we receive before 12pm.
· £11.90 Standard International Shipping – European Union - Target time from dispatch is within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe.
· £POA Standard International Shipping – Rest of World- From dispatch royal mail aim to deliver within 4 working days after posting. The speed of service is generally a day faster than standard airmail.
· £POA Express International Shipping – Quotes can be provided on this 24 – 48 hour worldwide service.

What are your best selling products?
The core of our business has always been male enhancement products. To date, our best sellers include the Master Series, Clean Stream and Ultimate ranges, however our Wand Essentials range is also hugely popular and offers many universal attachments compatible with a variety of top-selling wand brands.
Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
Yes we do offer bulk discount on all our products, contact us to find out more.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is handled by a number of courier companies, each of which has their own individual terms of service. Please see the delivery options above for an idea of shipping times.
Do you give credit terms?
Sorry. Credit is not available.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of payments including credit card, debit card, bank transfers and paypal.
Can I have an exclusive distribution deal in my country?
Yes. We own and manage a large number of brands, representing them across a number of territories. Depending on your region, and the product you wish to sell, we are open to offering exclusives to companies wanting to help us further the scope of our brands.
Any company wanting to work with us on an exclusive distribution basis is required to invest in marketing activities within the area as well as commit to minimum monthly orders.
